I was grateful to be treated courteously – not the same experience with the three other estimtes I had. One called my “sweetheart” and “honey”. One expected 50% up front. One told me I didn’t qualify for rebates. The lowest bid suggested that I simply tell him what other companies’ estimates were and he would guarantee to beat them. He saw no reason to come to my house. Billy from Total Comfort treated me very fairly. Doug and Neal who installed the equipment left my home very clean. One of them returned to retrieve a forgotten drink cup andto move my recycle bin onto the sidewalk! I would certainly recommend this company.

I just wanted to drop you an email to comment on the service I had on the 15th. I observe every technician, repair man, etc that works on anything in my home and have done so for every service call for 19 years. That means Thursday I watched my 19th heating check. Steve Kielhafnerfirst of all impressed me with his clean cut appearance andobvious knowledge of my heating system. I had to ask him at least 3 times what he was checking because in all my previous checks withothercompanies he was checking things they never did. He adjusted things I know that no one previously even checked. The bottom line, I will definitely recommend your company and I will be specifically requesting Steve to check my heating and cooling system because of his obvious expertise. No lie, he was definitely the most thorough technician I have had in 19 years. Thanks!

Thank you! Your service was outstanding. I was afraid that I would have a horrendous bill because I called for “emergency” service. I was desperate. I found your website online and took a “chance”. The AC had gone out on a Sunday unbeknown to me. While I was gone the temp started to climb to close to 90 degrees inside. Jim called within an hour of my Sunday evening phone call. He was out here by 9:30 the next morning. Two simple problems, the unit had a dirty filter and was low on freon. Marcia was so helpful on the phone, too. They explained to me exactly what my home needed and we were able to put in a high efficient furnace because of the tax credits being offered. My husband and I made our decision on a Friday night and I was off work on Monday.
